Former Premier League defender Mikael Silvestre said that Arsenal’s transfer target Hugo Ekitice was ready to move to the Premier League.

Arsenal are arranged to sign the striker in the summer transfer window because they want to add what can be the last part in the winning team of their Premier League title next season.
